How we process your personal data when you use this website or contact us.

2. What data we process and why

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
3. Recipients
We use carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, security and email routing;
- Google LLC: email services used to receive and answer your messages.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. How long we keep data
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle it and for up to 3 years afterwards, unless a contract follows, then for the period required by contract and tax law. Security logs are kept for a short period, typically no longer than 30 days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its erasure or restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to hello@aibyos.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
6. Providing data
Providing your data in the contact form is voluntary, but without a name, email address and message we cannot reply to your enquiry.

8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page with its “last updated” date.
